How it works

  1. 1Import your owner rollUpload the CSV from your strata software. LotVote validates every row and warns about missing emails and suspect entitlement data before anything is saved.
  2. 2Set up the meetingMotions with resolution types, meeting time and venue — and a compliance checklist seeded automatically.
  3. 3Test, then sendTry a test ballot first. The real mail-out needs the checklist complete and a typed confirmation — then every lot gets its own secure link and you watch results live.

Built like ballots should be

One vote per lot, enforced

Every ballot is a single atomic database transaction — duplicates, expired links and closed meetings are rejected at the core, not in the UI.

Links, not passwords

Owners vote through a one-time secure link. No accounts, no app to install. Only a cryptographic hash of each link is ever stored.

Compliance checklist built in

Resolution types, entitlement data, notice periods — five NSW checks must be signed off before the real mail-out unlocks.

Test ballots that never count

Send fully working test ballots to yourself or the committee. They are flagged end-to-end and excluded from every result.

A real audit trail

Every ballot, email and admin action is recorded append-only — who did it, when, and from where.

Every owner can vote

Owner pages support additional languages out of the box — built for buildings where English isn't every owner's first language.

Proven on a real meeting first.

LotVote’s voting core was built for — and tested end-to-end on — a real 30-lot Sydney EGM: token links, duplicate rejection, live tallies and a full audit trail, before it became a product.
